This was excellent value. Have not used it as much but delivery was speedy, install was a breeze.

Do not buy!
Great marketing and pictures. Reality is that these things are CHEAPLY made. I didnt even get a chance to enjoy it because the seat cushion was stained with something and the left arm rest was not attached to the chair. Buyer beware and not worth the $ at all. Overpriced for the $.

not bad forna lil cheap chair
i was skeptical n yook a chance. n honestly pleasanyly surprised. it weighs 160 lbs so getting it to its spot was the hardest. easy hook ip of a cpl cords ..install leg piece which is super easy.. set up took 10 min max. and very good for someone 65 inches tall medium size build. perfect. works perfectly for a lil relaxin kick bavk n knead those knots away! was delivered a week after ordering and arrived boxed intact on a pallet. very pleased w this purchase!😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

Shorter than expected
For the price I can’t complain about my purchase. It’s a little shorter than expected and the rollers don’t “hit the spot” it says it has a heater but I didn’t feel any heat. For the price it’s a great buy, if you want more out of your chair pay more to get more.

Works well really comfortable pros: built rather sturdy . Heat function is great. Massage elements are really well for the money you spend on it. Bluetooth is quite a good feature. Cons not really for tall as described other than that we have had ot for months with Zero issues. Assembly was about a 3out of 5 !

NOT ASSEMBLED AT FACTORY, RESIDUE ALL OVER SEAT
Received chair, right arm not attached to body. Styrofoam residue all over seat from packaging that main control is located in. Lots of work to move this beast around, only to find out that the chair was not assembled at factory, passed QC and then delivered to my doorstep to become my problem.
