I know it says topping but can it be used to make bubblegum ice cream too rather than just put on top of vanilla?

I think you’d be better using a bubbblegum flavouring. This would maybe not work it quite running. I made a butter cream and used bubblegum flavouring then drizzled this on top.

Are the alcohol free?
