They’re good but somewhat flimsy. Rogue used to make a firmer version.

wrist size important.
great product for the right person. I have 8 inch wrists (to big). The 4" velcro strip only meets the other part of the velcro strip for 1.5 inches. The rest of the velcro hooks make contact with the wrap itself. after the first time the wrap is fraying or looping away because the velcro hooks are pulling the product. I love the cotton blend, and the support. If the factory had longer loop Velcro sewed to wrap for bigger wrists, it be perfect for me.
