Ranger320620 Texture Paste, Gloss, 4 oz

This is the best texture paste I have found for producing raised stencilling on card crafting projects (particularly with metal stencils). It is the only texture paste I now use and believe me I have tried them all! Because it dries clear any colour can be produced - either stencil first with your desired colour, clean the stencil, then replace back in exactly the same position and apply the paste over the top or mix acrylic paint, ink or mica powder in with some of the paste.Before purchasing this I had read a previous review saying the embossed effect was insufficient for painting. Quite right but then I don't think that's what it's intended for. If you are looking for significant texture on a painting stick with Liquitex or Daler Rowney pastes which are specifically designed for this.

This was my first time using texture/embossing paste. It was very easy to use, though I clearly need to get the hang of taping down the stencil tighter as it leaked a little around the edges - but I noticed as I started that the stencil was a bit loose, so that was my fault. I haven't tried it on its own yet, but mixed it instead with the distress oxide inks that I had used on the background. I love the effect! Can't wait to experiment more.

I really liked it. It turns transparent after it cures. Little jar but is more than enough for me. I mixed it wit lot and lots of glitter and it sticked to the paper really well, really easy to work with.(also no glitter fell of for now)

Soft n glossy to go over colours for a lovely effect. Excellent quality

Good paste for texture. But does NOT dry clear if thick coat! Goes a yellow colour. Cheap from USA, expensive here! Be aware, as long as it’s under £15 including delivery charges, you pay not tax, if you order from the USA.

Dries to a lovely, see through gloss finish.

Like all Ranger products this lives up to its name. Easy to use with good results.

Great fun to use so easy. I mixed it with glitter and got fabulous results as well as on it’s own.

Tardó un poco en llegar y no había información de seguimiento pero también estamos en la situación que estamos...El producto es tal cual en la imagen y el efecto que queda es el de la foto: un fondo transparente y brillante (en este caso para dar el efecto del agua o para combinar con purpurina). Fácil de usar y una textura gel denso cómoda para extender. Supongo que también valdrá como barniz/ película protectora dependiendo sobre que lo quieras poner....
