First off it's nicely packaged and enclosed in a black bag. Inside my bag I received a wig cap, earrings and some sticker tattoos.. which I really appreciate. The hair is soo soft and bouncy. The curls are giving. I'm totally in love with this unit I just can't believe how soft and manageable it is I can't keep my hands out of it lol. The hair color is not too red and works well with my skin tone. You're going to want this in your wig collection...gon n get it now!!

I'll definitely get another of these wigs. I've worn all week with no issue other then smell. The initial smell was aggravating and bothersome.
