Perfect for my fiber supplement!
I have a high cholesterol and for various reasons I'm unable to take a statin. I wanted to supplement with psyllium husk fiber, but to get the cholesterol benefits you have to get to 8 or more grams per day. With previous supplements I was having to take 3 pills 3 times a day. These pills are so much more convenient because I only have to take 2 pills twice a day. They're also not giant pills, and very easy to swallow. They work very well and have made me very regular. I only wish this was available for subscribe and save, because I would do that in a heartbeat. UPDATE: Went to my PCP for my annual checkup and my cholesterol levels are NORMAL! NO MEDICATIONS NEEDED! This is the first time it's been normal in a few years. I did a lot to change my eating habits - lowered saturated fat intake, increased flaxseed powder intake, etc. but these capsules DEFINITELY helped. Highly recommend!

Great product
I am surprise at how fast this product has worked for me. I read that psyllium husk is great for appetite control and for the last two or so I noticed that my appetite is down. I don’t feel full but I don’t feel hungry at all. I didn’t put the two together until a few days ago when I realized, omg this is working! My belly is flatter and no bloating. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Love that it’s only 1 pill per serving
Every psyllium husk supplement I’ve bought requires a handful of pills- this gets a whole serving into one pill. 10/10

Doesn't seem like it works at all, nothing like powdered fiber supplements. Ineffective.
I couldn't tell if they worked of not , it seemed like far to small of an amount to do anything. If you change to a "real" fiber supplement you will see a night and day difference. I wouldn't recommend these.

Works and far smaller than others!
They pack a large amount in this little pills to give you your daily dose. It's been wonderful taking a smaller pill but still feels like I am getting my fiber as before. 2400mg in one little pill is impressive!

Seal was broken on arrival
I’m leaving a 1-star review for one reason: it showed up with the safety seal already broken. I’m not taking any chances with a supplement when the seal isn’t intact, so I couldn’t use it and had to go out and buy a replacement the same day. Total waste of time and money. Packaging / QC needs to be better. However with that said the product is effective has no taste why helping digestion and make you feel good over all.
