Can i Place this over a window screen, or would it need to a s separate hole I would need to cut? Would I need to remove screen?

The fan can work over a window screen perfect, the solar panel, on the other hand, will give power based on the amount of light it receives and putting something that shades it in front of it will reduce its efficiency. I would fix the solar panel outside and just make a hole to pass the cable of the energy it produces.

How does one contact after sales service staff?

I’m still waiting for the reply to buy and additional fab without the solar panel and still no answer. Besides that I hadn’t need them since 2 system purchase are still working like a charm.
