Good product
I use mine daily and only had to charge it a few times since I bought it, the battery last a good while. It’s easy to clean, I don’t like to switch the water each time, I feel it tastes funny if don’t do that. I love the size, I have one prior to this that took up too much space and did the same thing. Good valeu and performance, I’m happy with this find

Dangerous. Never saw this happen to anything recharging
The media could not be loaded. Good looking, good pressure and easy to clean. I like the “c” type plug for charging. But this was strange in less than three months the c plug burned in the unit while recharging. Never saw anything like this!

Good For Young Adults
UPDATE 9.17.14The charging port on this device came loose and pushed back into the device so that I am unable to recharge it. I can't get a hold of the manufacturer and am unable to resolve the problem. This works well but tends to be quite messy. You can use it and keep your mouth closed, but your mouth fills up with water fast. You have to keep turning it off to spit. We solved this problem by using it while in the shower. Doing this works great. My 11 year old son was having difficulties using floss. He still does the best that he can with the floss, but this just adds an extra layer of oral hygiene. We use it every day and the battery charge has held now for more than a month. Anyway, it charges easily using a C charger. We mix a little mouthwash in with our water. Speaking of water, make sure that it's hot water or at least warm. The first time I used it I used cold water not thinking about how uncomfortable the cold is on sensitive teeth. The reservoir holds just enough water to go through your whole mouth only if you use the two lower settings. Anything higher and you run out of liquid and have to re-fill. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Good but has some issues
This device worked really well for the first couple of weeks I had it. Suddenly the battery would die super quick or it would just stop in the middle of use even after a full charge. Can’t complain too much since it was definitely on the cheaper side but a little disappointing that it’s not lasting very long.

Good product but needs a pause button
I turned it on and water was everywhere and had to turn it off because it do not have a pause button. It does the job but water splashes everywhere.

Good for braces
I started wearing braces last week and then I realized that my regular toothbrush and floss don't do a good job of cleaning the gaps between my braces and some of the dead spots couldn't be cleaned into place. So I purchased this water flosser and I've been using it for five days now and I'm very happy with the results, I really like the adjustable pressure settings on the water flosser and the multiple brush heads that come with it are a great feature.

I got this for my granddaughter. She uses it every day. It’s the best thing you could get for a teenager.
