(Renewed) Samsung 43-in Q60C QLED 4K TV - QN43Q60CAFXZA (2023)

I purchased the renewed version knowing I could return it if it proved to be more used and less renewed. The overpack box was plain brown cardboard and the TV was packed in a different plain brown box rather than the Samsung branded box for factory-fresh products. The TV case and screen were perfect - no sign of wear and tear. I am pretty inept at assembling things but within an hour of unpacking, I installed the legs, connected the TV to my wifi, enabled all the streaming services for which I have a subscription, connected my Bose sounder to the optical port, connected by cable box, and was enjoying my new TV. I can stream as well as watch live TV. Picture is great. The remote is more usable than some of the previous reviews indicate - at least that's my option and I'm still able to use the remote for my cable service/DVR . I'm glad I didn't spend the extra $100 for factory fresh!

We had an initial issue with picture quality. Samsung support was very helpful in resolving the issue (it was on my end), not theirs.

This is the first TV I've owned so I have nothing to compare it to. I set it up in my RV. The color and clarity of the screen is very good and the sound is very good.

TV is just what we needed. Easy to use and st up, remote control is easy to figure out. It preforms great never have issues with it. Quality is top notch and sound is great. Size is just what we wanted for our room.

Unit arrived in factory box, protective tape on trim and energy saver affixed. All accessories in factory sealed bags with all paperwork. What’s not to like? Only small issue was the package tracking didn’t work, data apparently never entered into system. Arrived next day at 7pm.

Works perfectly, got it for out on the deck. Lightweight, carry it in and outside as needed. Bluetooth connects to speaker system on deck for "surround" effect. Highly reccomend.

Initially bought to use in a camper that I had parked at my parents house two states over. Noticed upon setup that it had a dead line of pixels down the screen that came and went. I requested a return once I got home with my camper and they shipped a replacement to my parents home without my requesting it or asking for a shipping address. I had my parents return the replacement TV and left the TV in my camper since it seemed that the line on the screen may have went away and the company was indifferent when I tried to explain the situation. The line has now came back and I the company will not let me return it again, instead pushing me off to Samsung as a warranty replacement. Overall the TV seems like a good product minus the broken line, but I would avoid this seller since they are uncaring and unwilling to work with you on product returns.

I purchased this43" Samsung as Refurbished. I checked it out before putting it on the wall. I did not find a scratch on it anyplace. The built in speakers remind me of the tv's from back in the 50's with that sort of you're in one room and it's in another. I beleive that is because everything I use I added a surround sound system too. In fact for this tv I bought the Samsung Q800C soundbar and now it sounds outstanding. I did have an issue with the built in Alexa. Even after using Support it did not work. I have to use Bixby. That worked instantly. Other than that it suits my purpose and I'm finding refurbished to be as good as New other than the Warranty.
