How do you hang it up in the cage?

Most of the cage bars are vertical but there are some that are horizontal. Also there are, obviously, horizontal perches. I place the block at an intersection of a vertical bar and either one of the horizontal bars or the end of one of the perches. I just twist the tie around a single vertical bar at the intersection. Hope this makes sense.
