I have been taking these for about 2 weeks. I think it will take a while to see any difference but so far so good. I will come back update the review with feedback.

Started taking these to try and use along with a new hair growth shampoo I'm using due to having lost my hair last year for medical reasons.They're pretty big pills. Not big overall, but long. If you're someone who takes pills easily it might not be a problem for you. If you struggle to take regular sized pain relievers and the like, this may be an issue for you.They are clear capsules and smell normal, don't have any odd smell from packaging. In fact, they were perfectly sealed when they arrived.Taste isn't really present since the pill is not chewable. Just sling it back with your preferred drink and all should be fine. I can't tell exactly if it's working because I'm using it along with other items, but I know that they're not hurting me so all is well. you're supposed to take two and they don't care if it's with or without food so that's a plus for people who tend to forget to take medication.

Although the serving size is listed as 2 caps taken with food I am only taking one daily along with my usual assortment of other supplements which I take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I didn't want to bombard my system with something new and I noted an aftertaste the first few days. It's my nails that need the boost and after 2 weeks I have noticed that they look better even with only taking the one cap daily. Hopefully the improvement continues but I won't really know until a full month goes by. The bottle was intact but the cotton top filler was actually jammed down the side of the bottle. The caps seemed a little dusty and left a tacky residue in my hand but I soon realized that one cap actually came apart in the bottle and that was the reason why.

Only con is that it has a weird aftertaste.

These are easy to swallow and don't cause any digestive issues. I've noticed that my hair is shinier and my nails might be a little stronger, but I need more time to evaluate that. I think they are a decent buy and would consider purchasing them again.

As I get older, I see my hair getting thin, my nails chip, and of course, the wrinkles. I always take some kind of hair, skin, and nail supplement. I like this one because it has a lot of Biotin. 5000 mcg per two capsule dosage. It also contains collagen. I've tried taking collagen powder, but a capsule is much more convenient. This product is made in the USA and with non-GMO ingredients. The capsules have kind of a funky smell, I think it's the seaweed. It's not bad though. I think it is helping my skin and nails. It will probably take a while to see improvement in my hair.

Well, as you can see from the label. It's got all the usual vitamins in it plus a couple of three other thingsthat I have no idea what they are.What's horsetail? There's a good old kale and some bamboo and some other stuff I never heard of. JustTo make your hair and nails strong and make your skin glow. Most of those vitamins do if you take themregularly but I'm not sure what the other stuff does. It's supposed to help that's why I got them but I'mtrying to take them and of course it's going to take time for me to be able to tell if they are helping butI got them for brittle nails mostly and of course always for the skin. It's got collagen in it too. This issupposed to be good for your skin, keeping it all pumped up and glowing, your hair and your nails.That's what your hair and nails are made of. As vitamins go they're not expensive and the vitamins thatthey have listed are good for your skin, keeping it moisturized and making your hair and nails strong.So I recommend you get a bottle and try them you'll be glad you did.

I like this product because it combines the convenience of a daily vitamin with lots of good stuff that keeps hair healthy. I notice that many of my peers are balding or bald, but I still have a healthy head of hair. I take that as evidence that biotin, horsetail, bamboo, MSM and all of the other ingredients in this supplement are giving my hair a fighting chance. What else can i ask for? It is also manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and tested for purity, potency, and safety, and that checks my boxes. I want the good stuff.
