Today I received my lappy. When I checked activation Dade from hp site, I m shocked to see it's used product from June 2014 and I received it 15 of Jan 25

I got old product which was already activated. I purchased it on 13th November 2024(as mentioned in screenshot above) and the product was already activated when I checked(it is also mentioned in another screenshot)

Very nice looking and good responding laptop. Screen brightness is ok but 300 nits will be good for this kind of laptop.

Customer should not buy HP 360 laptop as their design quality is poor. In mere 11 months screen is coming out. Very poor build quality. Product is still in warranty and HP has failed to provide resolution till date despite writing to their service head. Not even warranty updated in system. Customer can't even update his warranty and if not done by seller you may find your warranty is showing expired even before your purchase date. These kind of companies are taking Indian customers for ride. Further keypad quality is poor, requires hard press else key may not function properly. Further I also noticed issue of sudden crashing of chrome multiple times.
