The delivery was received while I was away, and the package was kept with my security guard. I returned after approximately 15 days and, within three days of use, I noticed that the sole of the shoes has started detaching. I have attached photographs for your reference. I have been purchasing this same model/brand for the past two years, and the quality has always been excellent. That is the only reason I continue to buy this product repeatedly. However, this time I believe I may have received a defective piece. Unfortunately, I have already disposed of the original box, as I did not anticipate any issue. Due to this, I am currently unable to initiate a return request through the usual process. I kindly request you to please guide me on what can be done in this situation. Quality is awesome. Look Premium and stylish. leather is legit poor leather but comfortable wis not good. Start paining after 15 to 20 minutes.

Well its an ok pair of shoes. Colour is grossly misrepresented. Bit tight (I m a size 10, but brought a size 11) and not very comfortable for long time use. Not quality for money charged.
