My decision to purchase this book was completely based on the positive reviews it gets on Amazon. Inspecting its pages for the first time I quickly realized that it was neither worth the unanimous praise nor the extravagant price. Although beginning teachers might appreciate Collocations Extra because it constitutes a repository of ready-made lessons, nothing truly inspiring can be found between its covers.
