Carefully packaged, item came as described! Good item! Works flawlessly

By mistake I yanked one of the garmin watch strap that damaged the pin. For about a week I used duct tape to secure the watch on my wrist while at the gym. Apparently I must have made a prior purchased some years ago and replaced the same wrist band. It didn't take but 10 minutes of my time to replace the damaged pin once I received the package. When removing the pin from the watch I had to use both enclosed screwdrivers which at first I wondered why two mini-screwdrivers were included. One screwdriver holds one end of the pin and the other screwdriver you rotate to remove the pin. They are threaded which is better than the spring type pins. I would order this again if the unexpected happens again.

Looks great

Its a wee bit shorter than the original. Might be an issue with large wrists. Well made with everything you need to install. And MUCH more reasonable than the factory unit! I bought 2 to have a spare.

Fit well

This is a good quality product. However, the reason I marked only 3 stars is that it is smaller in size than the original product. I am a big boned guy (not code for fat) and I have to go with the first slot on the band which is not a good fit.

My son is a serious runner so we end up replacing his band about once a year -- this works great!
