Escutcheon plates dint stay on. Need to glue.
Seems like pretty good quality stainless steel.The escutcheon don't stay on the mounting plates after installing. I had to use a drop of E6000 glue on each one to keep them in place.The fact that the mounting plates are bolt-on might be helpful as you can rotate them to possibly get the screw holes to better align with a stud.

Not tacky
These were easy to install and look great on our tile bathroom walls. After a couple months these are still holding up well.

Poor quality control
One of the holes for the screws wasn’t fully punched out. Don’t try to use you finger to remove it like an idiot (me) and cut the crap out of your finger. Shouldn’t have gotten to me unfinished.Also the appearance caps won’t stay on. Nothing to secure them.

They are not true 16” safety bars
They look great and probably work great but they are not true 16” bars they will not screw into a stud on each end not long enough they are more like 14” rather than 16”
