CHEMISTRY OF SOIL AND AGROCHEMICALS
M**R
Good chemistry, poor editing
The book provided a concise description of soils from physical and chemical characteristics. It provides details on analyzing soil including how to take high quality samples. Overall, the book provided many good details. It should be noted that the author's background is in Indian soils and practices but are largely appropriate for any soil study. The biggest weakness was that the book was missing good editorial review - perhaps reviewed only by the author, not an independent editor, who likely would have improved the often awkward sentences.
