I use a lot of garlic. I do have a good chopper but there is always an extra step in clearing all the garlic off the blades. I chose this item because I wanted a device easy on my hands. Didn’t want to squeeze a device. The cutter is very sharp. Hope it remains so. The pieces were a bit larger than I prefer but that won’t be the case for every recipe. Device was easy to clean.

Absolutely love this product. It works very well, I actually used it a couple times, cleaning it with a sharp knife before I noticed the white piece slides down the prongs to clean it.
