I got the unit, and it is exactly what I anticipated as far a size and the Keyboard/mouse. Unfortunately, after I charged it and set it up, the battery was fully drained within a few hours while the unit was not being used. I put it into power save mode and dark mode, and it still drained incredibly quickly.Also, launching apps, using apps and installing apps is ridiculously slow. I started to download an app on the tablet, and it was taking forever. I then started to download the same app on another tablet I have (Samsung), and the app finished downloading and installing on the Samsung while it was still downloading on this tablet.It might be good to watch videos (while plugged in), but I'd recommend splurging for a higher end unit.

Good for the money. Slow on connection with keyboard and tablet and mouse but other wise the only other is screen rotation from portrait to landscape doesn't always work

Great tablet but for some reason it doesn’t like to always turn on. It’s charged and I tried to manually re set it still nothing then randomly it will turn on so confusing.

Got this for my daughter for her birthday which is TODAY, and we are just completely DEVASTATED! It keeps having an error message pop up on the screen every 5 mins that we have not been able to fix (I am not by an means a IT professional but I can get manage my way around a computer etc. we'll enough to know it's messing up), and the main reason we got the tablet was for her to play games and help with homework. Well her favorite game (which is what like every other kid's favorite game is right now) , Roblox, and for some reason the tablet says that this tablet is not compatible.. like WHAT??!! Why?! So yeah now my daughter is crying bc her birthday present has to be returned and I'm crying bc she is and I was the one who ordered it! I don't understand!? So unless another tablet can be sent out TODAY, or I am able to get some technical support to fix the problem, it's going to be returned and only giving 2 star because the accessories were nice and the price would have been great if it worked for the simple thing I got it for.
