They FORCED me to choose a rating, and zero STARS was not and option.This bag does not deliver on its promises. I could not even fit a solid 12 bottles of wine in this bag without removing the padded dividers. The wheels do not turn smoothly and the handle feels like it will pop off at any second.RETURNING THIS BAG IS THE WORST, which I do not think was possible. It cost me $93 to return from CA. Unbeatables did not offer to cover any of the return cost. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.WAST OF MONEY FROMSTART TO FINISH.
