No it did not shrink when I washed and dried.

yes, I got two different colors and they both srunk in size significantly after I washed them. Washed them as it was indicated on the label

I wear a small. Will a small still give me the oversized look?

The shirts are nice and roomy I think maybe you could get the oversized look in a small, depends on your body shape.
