I am taking this gerd care tab. almost more than 15 days for reflux but still I m not getting relif. Pl anyone can tell me how to reach health expert of autoimmunity care.

After taking 2-3 tablets with my meals, i observed my acidity issues reduce significantly which was not cured with other medicines and supplements. Small advice, if you take and you feel burn, then reduce 1 tablet or till burn reduces. The burn shows the stomach acidity level which this supplement can support.

In my case, I adjusted dosage Gerd Care to half a tablet immediately after each main meal - lunch and supper. My very uncomfortable gerd related problems gradually stopped. Now I take only half a tablet when I feel the discomfort.

Here is my product feedback after using, which hopefully will help others too: Great product that works and in short period of time. Not expensive for people who are really suffering from acidity, reflux, digestion issues. Simple packing and easy to use tablets (keep in dry place, because at times when moisture comes then tablets color can change which i was told is very normal) I got relief from my acidity and reflux but also found that my stomach felt lighter and not heavy after meals like earlier. Added bonus of this product.

I have not been able eat properly and sleep well due to constant reflux for many years. My case is so bad, that now even at times with home cooked food i get acidity and sour burping. Also did not find solutions in antacids, ppi and supplements. All worked for short period but issues come back again. But this GERD care from this brand is really good and works for my acidity levels. It has calmed by entire gut slowly and my instance of acidity is coming down. But be cautious not to take too much, as it may make your stomach burn, which is natural. So when burning happens reduce to 1 tablet lesser. This helps increase my good stomach acid so that acidity does not happen.

It proved to be a useless product for me. For anyone to try it, there must be only around 20 tablets not 100! Very hard tablets and big too.
