Great product
This worked for me. I Love the coverage! I had used it with a pad as well as tampon during heavier flow days and just itself to sleep. I also like the comfort and material. There was no leakage.

Great find!!
These are the best. They absorb so much and keep you dry and clean. They’ve made my cycles so much more bearable. If it wasn’t for cramps I wouldn’t even know I was on my cycle with these. I HATE pads and tampons so this was a fantastic find. I have not experienced any leakage with them. Unlike pads they keep you dry. A must purchase. I purchased 6 pairs.

Great product
These are hands down the best period underwear I have tried! They are high rise but not tight. That last all day but struggle with super super heavy flow. They are easy to wash out and the pad isn’t too thick so it actually dries completely in the dryer My favorite part is that the pad comes up pretty high in the front part which is really nice for front coverage. 10/10 would recommend these

Full Breakdown
I saw mixed reviews as to whether or not these are fine on their own or need additional products to last your days, so here's a full breakdown after some intense testing (aka through 2 cycles):First and foremost, Fit & Comfort: Awesome! Extremely cute and comfortable. Does not feel bulky at all, especially compared to how thick some pads get. These were a breeze to wear and easily compete with everyday underwear.Durability During Cycle: These are positively perfect for leading up to the dark days and finishing your cycle! No waste of pads as you anxiously await the arrival, or the slow trickle out.As far as leak resistance for during the cycle itself, for those who get 2-3 days of heavy flow, it will probably be asking too much of these pairs to withstand that with no leaking. I tried just these overnight several times as well, and during the heaviest portions it was not quite up to the task. So for that, double up on products.BUT! Aside from the heavy days, either light, medium, or the coming/going of it, these are far beyond better, comfortable, and leak resistant than regular pads.Hope that helps! Sending love, heating pads, and chocolates to my fellow utero-friends :)

If you're looking for a more sustainable and reliable way to manage your period
My period and I used to have a very complicated relationship involving a lot of anxiety and a small pharmacy's worth of products. These Rdiner Heavy Flow Period Underwear have officially ushered in an era of comfortable confidence! They're like a superhero cape for my underwear drawer. The 'High Absorbency' claim is no joke – I feel secure and dry, even on heavier days. The 'Leakproof' design is a game-changer, offering a much-needed peace of mind that traditional products sometimes lack. The 'Hipster Briefs' style is actually quite comfortable and doesn't feel bulky or diaper-like. They're even suitable for postpartum, which is a testament to their absorbency and gentle design. Getting a 3-pack means I have reliable coverage throughout my cycle. It's like having a backup plan that's actually comfortable and effective. They've definitely made that time of the month a little less stressful and a lot more comfortable!"

Not Totally Leak Proof
Mostly great as far as fit and comfort, but there is a major drawback that makes them almost useless to me. I got these to sleep in because I would wake up in the middle of the night with leaks from my current system. Pads didn’t work because they bunched up so I needed period panties. With these, the material that actually keeps the liquid confined stops too far down in the front, so if you have a higher pubic mound like I do or you sleep on your stomach, the liquid will travel up over the leak proof barrier, through the top material and onto your clothes and sheets. You can actually see the seam in the photos, that’s where the protection stops. I wish I could return these, but I’m not interested in getting money back for something I cannot physically give back so I’ll keep them for emergency, but overall, they were unhelpful.

My favorite!
When I stopped taking birth control pills after healing from a bisalp, my period went haywire. Absolutely hated the surprise starts that led to stains on underwear. I ordered from another period undies company first, and they did well enough. But then, I had this period that was my worst ever. I was bleeding through my tampons as I slept, and the way those underwear fit led to large stains on my sheets. The gusset area wasn't wide enough.I ordered these (and ultra-absorbent tampons), and the sheet staining stopped. Gusset area is wider so everything is covered. Absorbent area stretches fully up the front and back to where the waistband starts, which is important if you toss and turn in your sleep. They also feel more like regular underwear than other pairs I've tried - there's no slick 'swish' sound from the fabric as you move. They're my go-to now for when I think my period may start, especially if I'm having particularly bad symptoms leading up to it.I've used these for eight months now. The waistband still sits flat against my skin and stays put. I've not had problems with staining (neither my sheets nor the underwear) with them. I'll take them in the shower with me to run water on until it runs clear, then they sit for a few days before getting washed. You can tell they're more absorbent when doing this; they get super heavy from soaking up water. When you can get three pairs of these for the same price as a single pair of the bigger brands in this space, you really should give them a try. I'm close to ordering three more pairs for myself because I don't want to wear these out, go to reorder, and see the seller has stopped carrying them. Such a useful product!
