More than chair exercise
This book has much more than simply chair exercises in it. Other equipment such as weights, resistance bands and large throat balls all play a part. There is a section that suggests exercising outdoors and gives pointers for things to do. I wish there were more images. Not every exercise description includes photos or drawings which in a few instances left me confused as to what the instructions were telling me to do. There is definitely lots of information in this book to get you started exercising.

Good for those who can't tolerate aggressive exercise
This book is written for and perfect for seniors. However, I am not a senior, but I have suffered from years of chronic illness and cannot tolerate most exercise. I love this book because the exercises are gentle or can be adapted to be as gentle as you wish. There are so many different ones to choose from that you are sure to find something to fit your needs. I did! Thank you!

Simple exercises for any age
I got this book for my grandparents, and the exercises are perfect for keeping them active and in shape. Each chair exercise is easy to follow and thoroughly explained with illustrations. With a variety of chair exercises to choose from, they will enjoy selecting which ones to do each day.

All You Need is a Chair!
At my age of sixty-eight this was an extremely educational book. Although I'm still in pretty good shape, these exercises are invaluable in keeping fit and flexible. Actually, these are great for any age, don't have to be old! I see that this book is one of a series, so I'll be sure to check out the others.

Great Tool for Seniors and Their Caregivers
This book is clear and easy to understand. It will be a great help to me, a senior with joint problems who still wants to stay fit. It would also be good for someone leading a senior's exercise program or working with low mobility people one-on-one.

It is informative about chair exercises which are not so energetic as some exercises for seniors and are easy to do but I think it should have had more diagrams or drawings of exercises.

This book,” 101 Chair Exercises for Seniors” is a guide that describes simple exercises for seniors that provides healthier lifestyle. What I liked most about this book is the chapter on relaxation and mindfulness that is also an essential element for seniors while exercising. On the whole this book attempts to create a guided path for physical and mental well-being. A good read.

Very boring book with hardly any pictures a lot of it not relating to chair exercise solely. I also purchased 50 chair exercises for seniors by Ian Anderson this was much more appropriate.
