EDIT: After some good customer support from SwanScout, we realized the problems: (1) the on/off button does not light up as it shows in the photo (which is confusing), and (2) you need to press the on/off button 2 TIMES rapidly to turn off, and once to turn on. So the on/off button does work, just not exactly as advertised. I went back to the manual and it indeed does say 2 times to turn on. So the unit does everything it claims; the pictures and descriptions on the advertisement are a little misleading. That being said, it does a great job charging, folds into a small form factor for portability, and if you like the clock function, works well. I recommend this product, and the customer service is very good.Original review:The product does a very good job charging my Pixel 8, and Samsung Galaxy3 watch. The clock is fine too. HOWEVER, the advertisement discusses in 3 different places a power on/off button, and intimates that is it used to turn on and off the charging for the phone. I bought one and the button did not work. I bought a second thinking that the first was broken, and it responded exactly like the first (with the intention of returning one). I contacted SwanScout customer support. They were responsive, but this is what they finally told me: "Upon checking, we'd like to clarify that the product you purchased does not have a power button. Simply plug it in, and it will start charging your phone immediately—no need to operate a power button." It clearly DOES have a power button; the power button just does nothing. Even the manual that accompanies the unit points to the button and describes its function. As I said, the unit charges fine, but I do not like that (a) it has a useless button, (b) they describe in 3 different places the function of the button AND indicate it in the manual, and (c) when I contacted customer support they doubled-down, telling me it does not have this button when I am clearly staring at this button.

This works flawlessly. Just place the phone on the charger and it charges. Watch connects quickly and charges quickly. Ear buds as well. another product always took some careful placement to get the watch to charge. Not this one. Easily connects and charges without another thought. The clock on the front is a nice bonus as well as an indicator for each charging station. Would definitely get again.

But now it no longer charges the watch.

The media could not be loaded. Everything else is perfect but the pixel watch 1 charger only charges with 10% success. I have purchased this item twice. For the first purchase, I thought I had a defective product so I returned it. Purchased it again hoping that the watch charger would be functional this time. Sadly, I had the same result.
