Why did you pick this product vs others?:Clear, concise labels.

Unlike other capsules I’ve ordered, these are actually the dark tarry black like they should be instead of white or grey which means fillers. I take one capsule twice a day and I like the mental clarity and energy that it gives me. Good product and good price. Would definitely recommend

Not quite as good as I expected

I was shopping around for a supplement that contained Shilajit and ashwagandha when I came across this one a couple months ago. Oddly enough I purchased this before I was able to get it from the vine program to review so I have been taking it for a couple months already. I selected this supplement due to the main two ingredients it has. The black pepper, mace, cinnamon, gokshura, and white muesli extract were a bonus in the supplement. When I was shopping for the shilajit and ashwagandha many of the supplements I looked at also had gokshura in it. Aside from those three ingredients it seems like each supplement I looked at varied what the other ingredients are. The two reasons I selected this supplement over the others I was looking at is third party testing and cost. Some supplements list being 3rd party certified but most I found with shilajit do not. Testing of shilajit is important because it can potentially have heavy metals in it that are harmful. All the bottles of this I have received arrived with the gold pills inside intact with non that had opened or leaked. One thing I find interesting about this supplement is the smell it has when the bottle is opened. I would not say it is a bad smell but for lack of a better way of describing it it reminds me of opening a jar of spices. The pills have not taste at all though. Based on my experience I would recommend this supplement.

This product is misleading. It is NOT 1200 mg as stated in the listing. It is only 400 mg. I would not recommend this product.

I just bought this producer, I have seen a lot of advertising about this, and I tell you that this works. I liked it, I had a lot of stress and I feel more relaxed, I slept very like a baby and sucking my thumb. I feel a better attitude and energy. Caution, it made me sleepy, it wouldn't be good to drive, my stomach feels like it's getting better. I've only been taking it for 2 days. I hope this helps you. It has fulvi acid and piperine, it has a strong smell, I can't explain it, something menthol
