Works perfectly!
Very sturdy (metal, not plastic) and easy to install with clear instructions. We just moved to a state where it gets really cold in the winter and this triple flap doggie door has kept my guys nice and toasty with no cold air leaking in. The magnets work great! We actually installed this in a sliding glass door without any issues, doubled up 3/4 inch plywood in the door frame. We also love that it can be locked from either inside or outside. It works perfectly and we're very happy with our purchase!

Super Duper Dog Door
This is an amazing door. Strong, sturdy and the door is absolutely weather proof. It is in my back door, on the west side of my house, with no overhang, with direct storm impact. The thing I like most about this door is that it has no cheesy interior parts and the metal parts meet in the middle. I had installed another one, highly rated and nearly the same price as this one, a month before. I have had many dog doors and this one is superior to any other I have had and worth the price.

Outstanding Customer Service
We got this door back in June for our dogs, but it only lasted 5 months before the screws began to strip out. I contacted the seller, and they quickly responded with a new product and sincere apology. The new door was easily installed and has been working great. Great customer service and hoping the new door will be the answer.

Great doggie door! Was easy to install and works much better than our older one which was a single flap. The package arrived on time and in great condition! Would recommend the door and the seller!

Meets expectations
Bought to replace 2 flap that was wore out, the insulated middle flap requires a little more effort to open. Larger dogs powers through, the 6lb poodle finds it more of a challenge, but can get thru

It’s okay
I love the door for durability. I won’t have to worry about replacing it for x amount of years unlike plastic ones. I have two pugs and the large door size works perfectly for them (keep in mind the are around the chunky side of 30lbs) however, installation was decent but the company sent me the wrong screws to use for installation and the there was no extra/replacement door flap as pictured and listed on the manual. If you are the person that requires instructions, good luck there isn’t any. From using many different doggy doors and installing them, it is worth the price I guess.

Durable and weather-resistant dog door for larger breeds
We installed this dog door for our 85 lb Labrador, and it's been performing great so far. The triple-flap design really helps with insulation—there’s much less draft compared to our old one, and it feels solid and secure. Installation took a bit of time but was manageable with the instructions provided. The telescoping tunnel made it easier to fit through our thick door. The sliding lock panel is a nice touch too—it gives peace of mind when we’re not home. What I appreciate most is that the frame is made of steel, not plastic, so it feels sturdy and long-lasting. No rust issues either after a few rainy days. It’s definitely a good fit for homes that experience more extreme weather. Highly recommend if you have a large dog and want something more durable than the average pet door.

Do not buy this
I am mystified by this product. It is made of high quality materials, all metal, with bristles, with insulation, excellent instructions in color And yet the door never closes! I do not see how this design can possibly work. Why invest into quality materials when the design itself is broken? Basically the door closes properly only in 1 out of 10 cases, 9 out of 10 times it gets stuck in half open state. The insulation layer catches on the side bristles, or the first flap gets latched on the second flap magnet, or the first flap catches on side bristles. The door has so many weatherproofing elements and they all catch on each other that it just never closes properly. It only closes if my dog runs thru it at full speed, then it has enough moment to break through all the weather proofing and latch correctly. If the dog just sticks his head or walks outside slowly, the door is stuck half open and the wind blows through. I ended up removing all but one flap to make it work. I work on cars and do some furniture building so I am no dummy. I installed it properly, using a level and tried many adjustments and I just don't see how this design can work.
