It is like the picture but I expected it to feel different as it is very plasticky and more gold than champagne.

Super cute and well-made. I love this look for my laundry area/bathroom. It gives me a retro feel and brings me back to my teenage years. I have a purple light bulb above the laundry appliances and it really makes everything pop in there. Even with the bright white light, they are so beautiful. Getting lots of compliments.

Love the touch of sparkle these gently reflective strings add to my room. They are more 'yellow gold' than I thought they would be, based on the picture (but that is probably because my computer monitor is set to be dimmer than the default settings). If you're looking for a vibrant jewel tone color (not muted, pastel, or bright), these are excellent. :) There are no actual 'beads' in them though (the reflection comes from a tinsel-like strand that runs through the strings), so it would be more accurate for the product description to say these are 'beaded curtain styled' - not 'beaded curtains'.
