Good acrylic paint, excellent variety of colors to mix and use straight from the tube as well. I use these for painting rocks with dot mandalas, and also canvas paintings. Recommend!

The variety of colors are a great selection of the rainbow. They are bright, have a good, thick body, and have most of the basic colors such as burnt sienna, Prussian blue, and rhodamine red. I've been using them to paint model railroad scratch built buildings. I do spray a primer first, but the paints give excellent coverage. They can be as bright or as dark as I want without looking muddied or bleached out. The three brushes are a great bonus, and they are of a fairly decent quality. I can see myself using them for quite a while with proper care. I really like the variety too. Works great for bigger coverage or fine details. If you're new to painting and are wanting to release your inner Bob Ross, this set would be great. I would recommend buying some more white and black. The paint spreads well with a pallette knife I had, so you might want to get one yourself. That's one of the few things you would probably want to pick up if you're a beginner, as well as some other brushes such as a fan or stippling brush. Cleanup's a breeze with water and a little dish soap. Take care of these brushes, and I could see them lasting for quite a while. This set is a great value, and painters and hobbyists alike will not be sorry purchasing this set.

Colors are not vibrant when dry, they dry very matte - can look dull if not mixed with other brand paint or mediums. Very blendable, the thickness allows for impasto application or is used in the same manner as watercolors when a drop is added to a drip of water. The size makes this a great way to have a lot of colors for less money to add highlights to base color collections in a higher quality paint. For the price, I use this set almost daily for art journaling and it has lasted months so far. (though favorites or staples - like white are gone) q

Great paint for the price. Most colors have good coverage but the white is more transparent. They dry very quickly which is nice but difficult for cleaning. Super great texture and very fun to play with. The reason it’s only 4 stars is because the tubes are pretty tiny.

These are perfect for small projects. I ran out pretty fast of the white. Specifically I used them to paint my air dry clay projects. I put resin on top and the paint and it held up well. Wished it had a few more colors but I mixed some to get varying shades that I needed so no big deal there. Apply in thin layers to avoid sticky spots and longer drying time.
