The set I received was very nice if you are buying for a 5+ child. However it was much smaller than the Melissa and Doug sets and not toddler friendly. Too much choking hazard for a child under 5, so I sent it back.

Immediately was put to creative play and mixing with other sets to set up a store. Nice quality pieces.

Our toddler LOVES this and plays with it regularly. It is always a hit when we have play dates and parents end up asking where we bought it. Very high quality pieces and beautiful detail. Our daughter is fairly rough with the pieces and it all still looks brand new months into having it. Highly recommend for a birthday or Christmas gift for little ones!
