I bought this for an elderly neighbour. The telephone works fine but it is so light, it would slide off the table whenever she picked up the receiver. Solved the problem by screwing it to the table!

it works and arrived promptly. It is however very plasticky and the spiral lead on the hand set is very short. Serves a purpose in the bedroom though. In case of emergencies.
