Poor quality
It is very poor quality. Do not buy it. The mask did not block water at all, and rubber band is so poor not be able to keep fastening.

It doesn’t stay
The mask keeps sliding because the straps on its sides do not stay in place.

Eh...
For years I have been looking for a diving mask like the one I had when I was a kid, in the '80's. Just a simple mask that covers your face and is actual glass. Not only does this look and feel exactly the same, it is made from modern materials so I figured it would be much higher quality and longer lasting. The glass is supposed to be fog proof, but it fogs up when you breath on it so idk about that. Unlike the 80's mask, on this one your nose is on the OUTSIDE of the mask, a bad design IMO. Speaking of bad design, the rubber on the sides does not seal tightly against your temples, allowing water to get in unless you crank the straps so tight that it hurts. It's not the straps that are the issue, as some others have mistakenly assumed. The straps can get it so tight it will draw blood. The issue is you don't pull the straps tight enough because the rubber is not soft silicone rubber like some other masks, and hurts if it's too tight. It's rather hard, and really uncomfortable on your face. I can't give this more than 2 stars, because for all intents and purposes it is pretty useless with its current design. What you could do to make this useable as is, is to slide the straps through a couple pieces of eva foam with a slot through it, such that it holds the sides against your head. This would seal it, and I'll probably do this to mine, and post a picture if I think of it. To the manufacturer, do a similar thing with the design, and then also change the gasket material to a softer silicone where it presses against your face, so you can draw the straps tighter. If you did this you'd have a really nice product. Oh - also, put the nose back on the inside of the mask! That's part of what's making it so uncomfortable!

Doesn't fit
The mask won't stay on Husband's head. It leaks air, which tells me it will also leak water. The straps are not very strong and the gasket around the face is hard plastic.
