The best jerk seasoning I've ever bought. Gets the balance between flavour and heat just right. Only problem is that it's so good, I've got very lazy and don't make my own any more.

Far too salty!

My parents brought me this spice as a gift from Jamaica. That's when I met it for the first time, 15 years ago. I've loved it ever since. I purchased it once from the USA directly, but luckily I've since found it on Amazon, so it's much easier to puchase. It's a great general spice, I love its flavor, it's very well thought out. I put it in soups and on vegetables. It's heavenly for grilling vegetables or marinating shrimp. It's a bit spicy, you should know that! Delivery and other things went well. Thanks!
