The KingLotus Multifunctional Hooks have proven to be an excellent addition to my home gym equipment, significantly enhancing my workout experience. Initially these caught my eye for pull-ups on the monkey bars at my local playground, for which they work great aside from the minor caveat explained below, but their versatility became apparent as I also incorporated them into various exercises with my barbell. I also have plans to integrate them into my resistance band training.The hooks' neutral grip and varied leverage points when attached in certain exercises enable me to target muscles not fully engaged with the traditional pronated grip. This has notably improved muscle stimulation in different areas not normally stimulated, especially in exercises like bent-over rows and Romanian deadlifts. The rubber grip material is comfortable, even bearing my full body weight when doing pull ups and the ribbed texture ensures I don’t slip even when a little sweaty.One minor issue surfaced as the hooks tended to slide on metal surfaces, observed during barbell use and pull-ups on a metal bar. While not a significant problem, a simple fix involved applying duct tape to the hook crevice, effectively resolving the issue. For future iterations, the manufacturer might consider a more permanent solution.Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly endorse these KingLotus Multifunctional Hooks. They surpassed my expectations, offering a versatile and simple tool that can quickly be switched out to elevate my workouts and stimulate muscle growth in ways traditional grips cannot. Although I didn’t need them, the included barbell clamps are a welcomed bonus to have on spare.

The pullup hooks have a great non-slip comfortable grip. They fit perfectly on my 1" pullup doorway bar. Using this grip instead of the regular hands forward and hands backward is a lot easier on my shoulders, that is a big plus in doing more comfortable reps. The barbell end locks are easy to use and lock solid.No Cons.
