This proofing box fits 6 pizza doughs for proving perfectly (280g dough balls)I've been making fresh pizzas now for over a year and sometimes have pizza parties so it's great to be able to have a couple of these and store enough dough balls . The box is built well and the inside is nice and flat which is exactly what you want so the dough holds its shape.

Fits well in fridge. Lid recess for handle is handy so it lays flat. Just small enough to fit in the fridge. Only criticism is that it’s over priced for what is essentially a plastic storage box.

This is the right size for dough balls and to place in the fridge. It cleans easily and is fairly good quality. Compared to other pizza dough containers it’s very reasonably priced

Not airtight, useless for proofing dough.

I bought these as a gift last year for my son and he is still using them and still in excellent condition.

Not too impressed with this to be honest at least not for proofing dough, i find it’s not airtight even when you clip it shut and find my dough gets dry and develops cracks in the top; I am still using it but have to cover the top in cling film then a tea town then clip the lid on and this then makes it air tight but to be honest the next one I buy I will make sure to purchase one that has great reviews
