I take this because I am a nervous person and have anxiety / panic attacks and this has helped me significantly! Take one in the am and one in the pm and it works throughout the day / night I get full nights rest !

I have been trying medications, supplements, sleep patches, and magnesium spray to help me get to sleep and STAY asleep. My search is over. I received my bottle yesterday and took one capsule about an hour before bed. I didn’t take any other sleep aides, including my 3 oz of bedtime coffee to counterbalance my adhd. Well, I slept. I didn’t wake up and check the time, or drink some water, or scroll on my phone, or move to the couch because I couldn’t fall back asleep. I dozed off around 10pm and wasn’t aware of time again until 7am. I woke up feeling light and refreshed for the first time in years. If I weren’t so happy, I’d probably cry from relief. I can hardly believe I finally found an effective solution to my problem; it has been so long that I’ve gone without uninterrupted sleep. The capsule is on the larger size, but it’s easy to swallow with liquid. It doesn’t seem to have a strange aftertaste. Time for me to plan out stocking my shelves with this ashwaganda complex! UPDATE 1/13/25: Unfortunately, it turns out I’m one of the very few people who is allergic to ashwaganda. I went to my doctor with a horrible body rash that looked like chicken pox. She said it was an allergic reaction. The only thing new in my diet was this supplement. Since stopping the supplement, the rash has completely disappeared. I still stand by my original rating and review.

This is a high quality product that provides exactly what it says. I like the capsule form. My only issue is that I was able to find a comparable product in caplets from another respected company that was half the price. That alone meant that I could not rationally give a five star review.

Have not ever had a supplement result this quickly ever! I received these yesterday afternoon (next day delivery) and after months of not sleeping well, and researching, noticed the combination of herbs in this one were to improve mood, sleep and reduce cortisol levels. No idea about cortisol levels, but I slept for 8 hours without waking up last night. Took 2 capsules about 5:30 pm. Decided to relax and try to sleep about 8:30 and then I woke up at 5:00 am this morning - refreshed and rested! I'll update this review after a few weeks but worth price 10x over even if it only helps part of the time! I have IBS so my digestive system is very picky. No issues, just rested sleep.

Honestly I did not perceive any changes in me. Perhaps I will need to buy it consistently for couple of months to see changes.
