Great for learning technique!
I’m a beginner to yoga. I recently started my journey and found I absolutely love it. I got the blocks to help with my form and better breathing. They stay in place while I steady my form and focus on my breathing. I didn’t want to but at first because I thought it would be silly or be too easy. I was so wrong! These blocks are great and not too expensive. I’m glad I bought them.
