So far so good! It works well with my Creality CR-20 Pro (same carriage system and almost identical mainboard as CR-10). Install was a breeze, slightly different for me due to my different hotend cooler and MicroSwiss all metal hot end. First thing I printed was a bracket to provide strain relief for the cables coming out of the hotend. I can finally print TPU properly!

Nice and smooth feeding and retraction. light weight. Installation was easy when following the very simple directions. I like this direct feed much better than the bowden tube set up. Price point was pretty darn good. I did remove the old extruder motor and flipped around the filament spool to neaten things up and to make it easier for the filament to feed in.

To the Ian that rated this 1 star; your install must have been off or in the very rare instance you may have received a faulty shipment but I cannot think of a single fault that I have had with mine. I have had stepper motor cables fail before, unrelated to the extruder, and replaced at a very low cost.
