Purchased to help me with my exercises post rupture repair. Works as desired for toe raises in particular. Helps increase the stretch and range of motion during those exercises.

Wish I read the negative reviews. Flimsy and cheap. Worth about $3 and yet I paid about $17. Surface is very smooth and too stiff for remedial purpose so it’s very uncomfortable. If using for balance, it cannot cope with weight bearing exercises and you hand or foot just sinks into right into it. There’s no middle ground. It’ll either uncomfortable hold shape or it’ll collapse. Cheapest on Amazon for a reason. Regret not spending an extra $5-10 to get something worth the price and actually useful. Might let my child paint it for a fun project instead.

Easy to position because of the length. Feels light but seems durable.

My physical therapist uses this for back and shoulder pain and suggested I try one at home. It does help. I place it in the small of my back for lower back pain and up near my shoulder blades when my shoulder hurts. The half round shape allows me to put the curved side on my body and the flat side on an opposing surface like my bed or chair. Stretching motion helps rub out the pain. It's something I can tolerate about 3-5 minutes a time, 2 or 3 times a day. Its a easy fix and better than pills. Highly durable.

Very firm but I use to stretch my calves and feet. Works great. Arrived nicely packaged. Would recommend
