Using these to hang curtains around our hot tub. Using 1 1/4" black steel fencing top rail as the curtain rods. These fit over well, without too much slack. Seem sturdy enough for outside use.

I already have sheers that require pinch pleat hooks these make it easy for them to hang need to order more.
