Beware of the size
Because of the width it will only fit a neck up to about 15inches:

If you want something that feels like sandpaper on your neck buy this.

Scratch, scratch.
It's too small and the velcro is of poor quality it doesn't hold together for long. It's also ver scratchy and irritates the skin.Falls off half way through the night so don't expect much support for long.

Not for larger people
Firstly this pillow seems really cheaply made. I at least expected it to be a comfortable material but it’s more like the material used on a pair of running trainers. The filling rather than being soft has some give but is crunchy with some hard spots.I can’t even say it was successful in stopping snoring as it simply didn’t go around mine or my wife’s neck. There is no adjustment just a single Velcro pad on each part.Sorry but it’s a no from me.

Terrible and unhelpful.
This neck support for sleeping was a total let down. Despite the promises to alleviate snoring and sleep apnoea, it failed miserably. The material is uncomfortable and irritates the skin, causing itchiness. At £10.99, it's a complete waste of money. Save yourself the discomfort and look elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend this.
