Using as a training tool every day, very nice! The paddles worked great for me, definitely helped me improve my stroke.. The straps are very sturdy and adjustable. Swim paddles don't too tight and had so many holes, provided sufficient surface area to generate resistance to push better with upper body.Unisex, fits all sizes. By switching hands, you can get a slightly different set of muscles to be exercised. They gave me a great workout and could be used for hours at a time.

Hand straps kept coming loose on one of the paddles and the straps were somewhat tight. However, it is excellent for strengthening the upper body while swimming!

I bought these paddles on recommendation from a friend. After trying them a few times I have concluded that they fine for some swimmers but not the answer for most. The design makes them easy on the shoulder. If this is something you are looking for a paddle, they may be for you. They are also effective for backstroke but less so for freestyle.
