Q: What is the bucket for!? Where and how do you install it on the “backpack”? I did not see any instructions with this item either.

I am not sure what you mean by bucket. The green 'box' that keeps all toys ( all toys come packed there and straps are are attached) has backstraps so it can be worn as '"backpack" to bring the toy with you :) it is not a real bag per se.

Q: Product shown does not include all items in description, pet carrier, stethoscope, food bowl. It is a grooming station only ?

It comes with a very small fake soap bottle and another bottle and a dog and the top bath station a blow dryer and something else all very cheap
