It pulls a lot of stuff out the soles of the feet

I tried this. No instructions in the pack so went by the advert. Made my feet tingle and hot. Sticky patch didn’t stay attached so had a rubbish night’s sleep re-sticking it to my feet. Only one patch changed colour; no smell or “goop” as suggested. I wonder if it’s just colour change stuff to convince us that it’s done something.

My mum swears by these. She loves it and feels it works wonders

They do seem to work, and are easy to use. There is no stickiness when you pull the material away from the foot.

I’ve been using these for a week. The pads & sticky tape are separate so I wasn’t sure what way round the pad wend against my foot as one side was smooth and one side had a cloth feel. Put the cloth side to your foot and then stick the tape over it. It’s been black every morning. (Tried it smooth side to foot & nothing happened). Not feeling any different yet.

There were only 18 patches in the packets instead of 20 and they did not work, they were black every morning, which leads me to believe that they weren’t drawing toxins out and simply changing colour because of what’s inside the patch.
