Booked a service immediately after delivery for water refill, (Water which was lost in Amazon Transportation) Technician came within 24 working hours and refilled the battery with distilled water and tested for 1) charge 2) voltage 3) gravity etc and certified as OK tested for usage. Then I have connected it with UPS and started using. No complaint till now, Very decent quality tubular battery at this price.
