This is my 'go to' turmeric supplement. I've tried others, but I seem to feel results from this, and when I stop taking it pain increases. It seems to be a good and, for me at least, bioavailable supplement to relieve pain.

These work for pain and inflammation much better than turmeric and ginger. I LIKE that they do NOT contain black pepper, as that can be added individually if you require it - I don't . Overall a really good product.

The product is actually made by Natural Factors and most of their products are pharmaceutical grade as well as tested for impurities. Theracurmin is the most bioavailable form of curcumin as well so why I have bought it multiple times.

There is no smell. It’s good for reducing inflammation.

Exactly what I wanted!

This is my second bottle. I have always had stomach problems when trying to take curcumin, but not with this. I used to take two Tylenols 1000mg total a day for maintenance but stopped those when I started to take this. Have not needed since. I highly recommend for aches and pains.

I have some arthritis in my knee and also carpal tunnel symptoms. I’ve been taking these for about a month, just once a day in the evening. I find the biggest benefit for me has been improved sleep, which some reviewers mentioned. My carpal tunnel is still sometimes an issue if I’ve done a lot during the day, I will still wake with some tingling and numbness of my right arm but looking back over the month I feel like the pain and numbness been much reduced. I wanted to start with just 1 per day for a while but I think I’ll try bumping it up to twice daily. My left knee has been much much better. There’s less swelling after long walks and I’ve even been able to start adding some short amounts of running into my walks which is huge for me. This brand was one recommended by Chris Kresser who has recommended some awesome products. This is one supplement I’ve been taking religiously since I noticed a difference right away even though most supplements take a month or longer to make a difference. I really feel the improvement in sleep quality is my biggest win. Recommended dose is 1 capsule up to twice daily. But be careful and talk to your doctor if you have any bleeding issues or take blood thinners or other meds. Curcumin does have a blood thinning affect.

Se ve amarillo del color cúrcuma mezclado con algo más claro. Me tomé dos cápsulas y espero pronto decirles cómo me fue.

Effective for relieving chronic pains. I suffered from slight migraine and headache that caused decreasing my focus and efficiency at work. I found the product efficient so far. Positive results by academic approve its benefits. Hopefully having no side effects for long time consumption.
