Works for other parts of your couch/chair as well.
Ok, I know this is for couch cushions, but my pets use my back cushion as their personal sleeping hammock. Sadly, it has crushed one cushion down so it looks very saggy. I used these (cut to fit) for inside my back cushions. It looks great. If you have foam in your cushion, someone mentioned slicing your cushion into 2 layers and putting this in the middle (sandwiched with your 3 cushion halves). Excellent idea. Well, I have down, so I opened the back cushion only to realize it is segmented into 3 compartments. I was going to put it in the middle with down on both sides. So, I stitched it back up and just out it on the backside (inside the cushion casing and put the down insert on top). It looks great. Now, if I want to swap cushion postions, I will have to move the down insert to the other side of this foam insert. Not a big deal. If you split your existing cushion and sandwich it, you won't have to make any adjustments. Be sure to trim the edge facing down so you have a super clean edge at the visible top.

Sofa Cushion Resurrection!
This product works! Added a block of padding to each cushion in a 10 year old PB Turner Sofa. These cushions were utterly sagging and indented from years of use. I had to cut off about 3inches from each pad. Went in cushion without issue. Now they feel almost new. Perfect amount of support. Highly recommend.

Great Product
Works great. Made my cushions nice and firm. I have lower back pain which is quite painful sometimes. Hopefully, this will help. You need a really large and sharp knife to cut the foam to size. Probably a good idea to cut them shorter in both directions by at least 1.5 inches or you have hard time getting them into your cushions. As it is you probably need another person to help in installing the foam and getting the zipper closed. Definitely not a job for one person. I had my wife help me. But the cushions are really nice now.

Fixed My Sagging Couch in Minutes – Worth Every Penny
My couch was starting to sink in the middle and I almost replaced it—until I found this insert. Total game-changer.Pros:• Firmed up sagging cushions instantly• Super easy to install (just lift cushions and slide in)• Saved me hundreds vs. buying a new couch• Totally hidden once installedCons:• May shift slightly over time, but easy to adjust• Best for moderate sag—not a fix for broken frames

Makes big difference
Work really well. Makes a huge difference. Love my couch but it’s lost its firmness. With these it makes it feel like new.

The good, the bad and the ugly
This is a great idea for a product. It is just not very user friendly. You can forget cutting it with scissors…it will take a sharp long bladed craft knife. You will need to use a cut proof board underneath. I used a quilt mat.One reviewer suggested cutting it 1.5” less than the actual size. I agree. This material does not bend at all. If you are used to styrofoam you will be shocked b the rigidity of this material. My cushions were wider at the bottom than the top, but due to inflexibility of this material, I had to cut the piece no wider than the smaller opening.I suggest you mark your cushion templet with one edge on the finished edge of the material. It cuts very jaggedly and it is nice to have one smooth edge.Getting the piece cut is just the start of the battle. Despite having zippered cushions with zipper extending around the edges of the existing cushion, it was a battle to insert. My husband supplied lots of muscle or it never would have made it into the cushion. It is a two person task to get it zipped closed. My cushions are reversible, but not any more. The insert is so rigid that there is no way to taper the edges, so there is an abrupt edge showing. As indicated in the product description, these really firm up your cushions. I think the only way to have these appear smooth would be to split the original cushion in half horizontally and set the rigid piece inside it. Wish I I thought of that before hand.If you like squishy cushions, you will not like these. I like very firm cushions, so it was not a problem for me.I think this product would be much more consumer friendly if it came in thinner sheets so that you could add the number of layers you needed.

Really works
These really make difference! My 30yo+ home office couch had a serious sag in the middle from large dogs (and me) napping on it. Very sturdy and has lasted nearly year now.

From Saggy to Snazzy: The Goldilocks of Cushion Inserts!
I’ll admit it: my couch had seen better days. Those once-plush Rooms To Go cushions had turned into sad pancakes, and sitting down felt more like diving into the depths of despair. Enter the Litbird Couch Cushion Inserts. I slid these magical slabs into my old, lifeless cushions, and let me tell you—it was like someone sprinkled fairy dust on my furniture. Suddenly, my couch had the support of a seasoned chiropractor. It wasn’t too firm, it wasn’t too soft—it was just right, like Goldilocks finally finding that perfect bowl of porridge. I almost expected a bear to show up and ask to take a seat. But the real magic? The way these inserts spread support across the springs like a synchronized swimming team, quietly balancing the weight of my Netflix binges with ease. I used to hear the springs creak like they were auditioning for a horror movie, but now? Silence. Sweet, sweet silence. It’s like my couch is whispering, "Welcome back, we missed you." Honestly, these inserts did such a good job, I half-expected the couch to get up and hug me back. Five stars, and a hug from Goldilocks herself if she could!
