I loved this non toxic option! It's beautiful and works great. On the sensitive side, but I appreciate the non toxic aspect :) Good replacement for paper cups that are full of toxins.

I was looking for a glass to go cup for my morning tea and I was surprised how hard it was to find with a glass top. Despite some negative reviews I decided to try this one because it was the biggest I could find that would still fit in a standard size cup holder in my car. Several reviewers mentioned the glass cracking and I did notice a small crack before I even used it but it appears to be inside and isn’t affecting usage of the cup. The glass does seem extremely fragile so I’m being extra gentle with it and I’m hoping it lasts.

Perfect Starbucks to go cup dupe! The silicone hot guard even comes off so you have a clean clear glass aesthetic. I wanted to start drinking more waters with cucumbers and lemon and I am so happy with everything, from the sippy glass lid, clear silicone sealer to keep the lid secure to no indentation where the silicone grip was. Perfect cup!

The glass tumbler works great for my hot coffee but there are some setbacks. The glass isn't that thick so the tumbler and lid are fragile. When I received the tumbler and removed the top foam packing, the lid was stuck to it. So the lid fell out and shattered. The tumbler and lid were not wrapped or taped together. Amazon did replace the tumbler and carefully unpacking it, the tumbler and lid were wrapped together. Seems like the first one I received was a return? The lid does fit snugly to the tumbler which creates a good seal (doesn't leak!) but this does make it difficult to remove. If you don't have a good grip on the lid when removing it, it can easily flip out of your hand and break where it lands. You also have to be careful when washing the lid and tumbler. They're slippery when using dish soap! The other setback is the silicone bottom cover. This protects the tumbler well when setting it down on any surface but this cover causes the tumbler to get stuck in both of my vehicle's cup holders. When I yank up the tumbler, the cover slips off. So now I use the tumbler sans the silicone bottom cover. I just try to be careful when I put my tumbler down so I don't crack the glass. Besides these setbacks, I do enjoy using my ecoBrew travel mug. Just wish it wasn't so fragile.

I really wanted to love this cup. I bought it as an early Christmas gift for my mom, and she used it for the first time today. When I went to wash it, I twisted the lid off the way anyone normally would—and the glass cracked. A piece of the glass actually cut my hand. This was extremely disappointing and honestly unsafe. A cup should be able to withstand normal use, especially something as basic as removing the lid. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this product due to the quality and safety concerns.

I gave this Coffee cup only two stars because it is not made with somewhat durable glass. I bought two of theses, one broke the first day I had it. I put it in the sink, it tipped over and broke instantly. A few weeks later, the exact same thing happened to the other one I bought. I understand glass is breakable, but these are very fragile. I have dropped my drinking glasses in the sink and on the counter, they never broke. If it weren't for this reason alone, I would have given it a 5 star review. They are nice looking glasses, I love the rubber gripper around the center of the glass as well as on the bottom. I purchased these so that we could heat up our coffee when we needed to, they worked perfect for that. These glasses are just too fragile.

I've been raving about double-walled borosilicate glassware for years -- it does a great job with hot or cold drinks. While it won't keep them hot/cold for quite as long as an insulated steel container, it's still does a very good job, holding the temperature for at least an hour or two. In addition, there's no condensation on the outside. And glass is just plain better than plastic. I was having a hard time finding a double-walled tumbler that had a lid and was protected enough to take in the car, but the ecoBrew is great for at home or on-the-go use. The silicone sleeve and bottom "boot" give just enough protection from slight bumps. Now it's glass, so I wouldn't expect it to survive a hard fall, however. So don't be a klutz! The 16-ounce size works well for lattes made at home (as in the video) or the "grande" size from your local Green Goddess. At first, I was tempted to purchase a similar cup with an all-glass lid from another seller, but I decided the plastic lid on this one was more practical, since it had a better seal to prevent spills. Also, the opening is just big enough for a straw, so it's easier--and safer--to sip while driving. (My car yells at me to "Keep your eyes on the road" if I tip a cup up to drink while driving...) All in all, I'm a big fan of the ecoBrew tumbler and recommend it highly.

El vaso mantiene la temperatura un poco más que una taza de cerámica, no dura demasiado tiempo caliente el café, pero lo suficiente para tomarlo a gusto. Lo he usado en el microondas sin problemas, al sacarlo, el líquido está caliente y el exterior sólo tibio. La tapa también es de vidrio. Es una excelente opción para uso diario, considerando algunos estudios recientes donde se menciona que el acero inoxidable 18/8 (como el de Stanley y la mayoría de marcas) al usarse con sustancias ácidas, como el café, pueden liberar níquel. El vidrio, por otro lado es inerte. El vaso está un poco inclinado, no está totalmente vertical, de esperarse para un objeto fabricado artesanalmente, no afecta su funcionamiento y le da un toque "rústico".

I've only glowing remarks to share about my travel tea cup. If you're after quality (taste and cup) then you've found your perfect cup. - double glass wall keeps my tea hot & my hands cosy - glass cup is perfect if you like your tea free of residue & other flavours as it cleans easily, quickly, fully - silicon base & grip are perfectly designed (placement, size...) - silicon lid works excellently to keep my tea hot & prevent accidental spills (like when I carry it to my desk) - perfect for every day use (covid-times dont call for much travel...) Tips - the drink spout sealer is silcon; as it's not made of the hard plastic you'll need to take care when opening and closing it - your reward is a better seal to prevent accidental spills. I grip the circular part in the middle of the lid to turn it and it works brilliantly! Troubleshooting - if your silicon lid acquires smells/flavours you need only soak it in boiling water overnight and it's perfect again (mine was left in tepid dishwater by a family member) - when washing, leave to air-dry upside-down & ideally on a drying rack. If it's knocked a) the risk of toppling over is reduced (the base is smaller than the rim) and b) the silicon base absorbs some of the shock (a family member did neither of these things and my first one smashed; despite this, I'd still buy 10 of these over any alternative such is my conviction in this product's worth). I've been enjoying tea in mine for 3 months and look forward to many more!

Seit nun bald 2 Monaten besitze ich den Glas to-Go Becher und meine Bewertung fällt gemischt aus, weshalb ich die Rezension in positive und negative Punkte aufgliedern werde: Positiv: Der Glasbecher ist so stabil wie Glas eben sein kann und macht einen relativ wertigen Eindruck. Er hat keine Scharfen Kanten oder Einschlüsse im Glas, ist wie beschrieben doppelwandig. Er wird nicht sonderlich heiß und lässt sich auch dank des Gummirings gut in der Hand halten. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass man ihn in der Spülmaschine säubern kann denn das ist mit vielen Thermobechern nicht möglich. Die Farbe stimmt mit dem Produktbild überein und bei gängigen Kaffeeketten kann man ihn mit einem kleinen Cappuccino oder Latte füllen lassen, da er über passendes Volumen verfügt. Ferner entstehen durch das Glas (vermutlich) keine schädlichen Stoffe oder unangenehme Geschmäcker, es setzt sich nichts ab und der Kaffee / Cappuccino/ Latte/Tee / etc. schmeckt, wie er schmecken soll und nicht nach Pappbecher, Thermoskanne etc. . Hier aber nun das ABER: Negativ: Der Deckel ist leider nicht besonders hochwertig. Er passt zwar auf den Becher und man kann seinen Kaffee im gehen transportieren / trinken ohne dass die weiße Bluse Flecken bekommt, er ist aber sehr wabbelig, wird in der Spülmaschine nicht 100% sauber und hat einen unangenehmen Plastikgeruch der den Kaffeegenuss versaut. Ich habe hier nicht unbedingt den Eindruck, dass der Deckel gesundheitlich unbedenklich ist (wegen des Geruchs), will dem Hersteller hier aber natürlich ohne Laboruntersuchung auch nichts vorwerfen. Auch der Verschlussmechanismus könnte besser gelöst sein da der Deckel der Öffnung nicht "einrastet". Hier habe ich mir für diesen Preis eine elegantere Lösung, zumindest eine geruchlich neutralere, erhofft. Neutral : Neutral ist für mich persönlich, dass der Kaffee nicht brühend heiß bleibt - denn damit habe ich bereits gerechnet, es ist eben ein Glasbecher und keine Thermoskanne. Außerdem kann man bei solch einem to-go Becher natürlich kein Produkt erwarten , welches man in der Tasche umherwerfen kann ohne Kaffee zu verschütten. Ich würde daher ehrlich gesagt von einer Kaufempfehlung absehen. Die Idee des Glasbechers ist super und an sich eine tolle Sache (und natürlich auch schick), der Deckel ist jedoch eine wirklich unelegante Lösung und mit seinem starken Eigengeruch ein echtes Problem. Ich nutze den Becher jetzt nur noch zum Transport und trinke dann ohne Deckel, aber das ist weder Sinn der Sache noch knapp 18€ wert.

This thing is amazing and it solves all of my problems. I drink lots of coffee. The problem with a metal thermos is you cannot microwave it, either to make coffee at work or to reheat my coffee. The problem with plastic travel coffee cups is they go cold too quick to last my commute. This cup solves all of these problems by both keeping it hot for a very long time, and being microwavable. Also the lid is so good. Lots of thermos have some space age lid with lots of small crevices and moving parts that are impossible to clean, especially with a dairy drink. This has a simple glass lid in the style of a takeaway coffee cup that is extremely simple to clean, and the seal is decent enough it will not spill unless you are like sprinting or something.
