This is one of the top prenatals out there, and it much more cost effective than the other. Of comprehensive, third-party tested prenatals, I’d easily place this in the top two, and its price pushes it up to first place. It doesn’t omit the bulkier nutrients like choline, which is essential for neural tube development and egg quality, so it does require 8 pills per day. But for those that are looking for a comprehensive prenatal, this one can’t be beat. The forms, amounts, and quality of ingredients is top notch. Everything from D3 to K2, methylated folate, choline, minerals. Love this one!

TOO MANY IN A DAY! I had to take 8 in 1 day!!! Outrageous! These are not small pills either. We are talking horse pills. I wanted to throw up. Maybe that was because I was in the first trimester of pregnancy, but it felt like too many!

First I wanna address the negative reviews: 8 capsules a day, yes you do have to take 8 capsules a day but I break it up into 3 times a day, morning/noon/evening. You do not have to take them all at once.No iron - this one is a user error. The company makes you aware that there is no iron and their reasoning behind why and recommend you take a separate supplement for iron. Can’t give a company a bad review because you don’t know how to research a supplement and read. I love this supplement, I have only been taking it for a couple weeks now and my nails are stronger and my skin is clearer. I am TTC and I added this as part of my preconception stack because it has EVERYTHING I need at the appropriate doses.
