Great electric bike and customer service
Great electric bike and customer service. We purchased this for our 9 year old son for Christmas. Only assembly needed was the handlebars so was very fast and easy. Battery was fully charged, the tires needed a little air. Son loves it and rides it every day. Unfortunately, he and another boy crashed into each other and the front fender broke off. Both kids are just fine. I sent an email to Hiboy customer service (on a Sunday) and Cindy got back to me that day! She requested some purchase and series number details and is sending me a new fender under warranty. Mom/Dad/Son all extremely happy with this electric dirt bike for sure!!!

Excellent electric dirtbike
We purchased the Hiboy DK1 electric dirt bike for our son, and it has exceeded all expectations. The quality and performance are outstanding — it’s sturdy, reliable, and perfectly sized for kids. The adjustable speed settings make it ideal for beginners and give parents peace of mind. Battery life is excellent, and the ride is smooth and comfortable. Our son absolutely loves it and rides it every chance he gets. It’s brought him so much joy and confidence outdoors. Highly recommend the Hiboy DK1 for anyone looking for a well-made, fun, and safe electric dirt bike for kids.

Very good
This is a really nice dirt bike for a kid. It is built pretty well. I just had to install the handlebars and put a bolt in the rear shock. Very easy to put together. I bought it for my 9 year old niece. It is a bit small for her size but she can still ride it comfortably. It is fast enough for my niece to have fun but not get hurt if she falls over (which she has already) She loves it and I'm the coolest uncle for getting it for her!

Pretty fun so far
I was hesitant to buy this for my son’s 7th birthday based on some of the reviews but went ahead and rolled the dice. Cutting to the chase it’s a pretty fun toy for a kid who is not quite ready for some of the larger faster ebikes. I was worried about it being to small for him, and it is a bit on the small side but not to where he cant ride it comfortably. My 9 year old rides it too. It wont be long before they outgrow it size wise. No issues out of the box and easy to put together. So far the battery lasts for a few hours and no issues charging. Looks cool and the light is neat for night - crazy bright. On top speed setting it zips along nicely. On the downside - We’ve only had it for a few weeks and the back tire is going bald. I took one star away for this because my kid rides on the road and goes all out then hits the breaks and skids, which looks super fun but also as torn out the tire. Like i said hes only had a few weeks and I’m already going to need to shop for replacement tires. The hiboy site is currently out of stock so hopefully I can find some Suitable replacements soon. Hope this helps, might try to update again in a month or so if i remember.

Disappointed
I’d like to start off by saying we have been loving this bike. It’s been great. My 5 & 10 year old love it. But after not even a month it’s no longer charging / running. There’s no option for an exchange. I’m pretty upset about that. I’m having to buy a box and use UPS and then re purchase after awaiting a 3-5 day return window. It’s going to be heartbreaking for my 5 year old, as her favorite thing since Christmas is coming home to ride daily. Since there was no simple exchange I will just re purchase another brand.

Great customer service
My son loves the electric dirt bike. It goes just fast enough. Assembly was easy and took about 15 minutes. The fender was broken off by a clumsy kid and customer service was quick to respond and replaces the part for us. Definitely recommend buying from this company

Great for learning basics
Great product for the money my girls love them, the rear brake is a bit hard to operate for my kindergartener. Battery life is better than I expected so far I have had the work on the basics, stopping starting and simple turns

Worthy upgrade from Razor MX125 before gas bike
Discovery #1:learn to ride an ebike before a peddle bike. I got this for my son's 4th birthday. He learned to ride a bike on the Razor MX125 from a yard sale when he turned 3 and skipped the training wheels. When he tried a peddle bike for the first time, he already knew how to balance, and just took off. I highly recommend a smaller e-bike before getting a peddle bike. Discovery #2: This bike would have been too big to start with. With full suspension, this bike sits a few inches taller than the MX125. I would say 5 or 6 years old minimum if this is for your kids first bike. My 4 yo son can barely touch the ground, but was determined to ride this anyway. Discovery #3: This is better than the Razor MX125 in every way. 3 speeds: 1 slower, 2 the same, 3 twice as fast. Real Suspension/better off road. 8-10x range. Lithium battery. Variable throttle. Super bright headlight. A horn. My son loves every feature. He prefers the 2 slower speeds, the third is too fast. It's still a glorified bicycle frame with bicycle wheels, but it's much better quality than the Razor. Safety concerns: I don't like the power button. It's momentary click to turn on, hold to turn off. I would much prefer a switch that immediately turns off the bike. Be cautious of whiskey throttle from a new rider. It hasn't been an issue yet, but is still concerning. My son literally rides it every day, it's his main mode of transportation around our propery. Since it has a light, he's also taken it out every night. The light is ridiculously over powered. I was going to get a PW50 or TTR50 but I feel he's safer on this. We can trade up to the TTR later once he fully gets the variable twist throttle.
